Football fans, mark your calendars! Season ticket holders are invited to renew their tickets for the upcoming season starting July 1, 2024. Renewals will be open throughout the entire month of July.
Current season ticket holders will receive detailed renewal instructions via email by the end of June 2024. The email will outline the simple steps to ensure a seamless renewal process. If you prefer to purchase tickets in person, you can come to the Student Activity Center on the High School Campus from July 22nd to July 26th between 8 am and 3 pm.
If you are NOT a current ticket holder, you will have the opportunity to pick out your tickets beginning August 8, 2024.

UPDATE: Power has been restored at all HISD campuses. All Summer Academy programs and summer classes will resume as scheduled tomorrow, Wednesday, June 5th. Thank you for your patience and thanks to everyone who worked hard today to help our kids return to classes!


Dear HISD Families,
Despite class cancellations, HISD staff are still serving summer meals today at no cost for all children 0-18 years old. Meals will be available for pick up today from 11:15 AM - 12 Noon at the Middle School bus lanes.

(Tuesday, June 4, 2024, 6:30AM) Due to ongoing power outages caused by severe storms overnight, all Summer Academy and summer school in-person classes are canceled for today. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. - HISD Admin


HISD will be serving meals at no charge to all children ages 0-18 from June 3rd -28th at the middle school bus shuttle area Monday - Thursday from 11:15-12pm.
Friday’s lunch will be sent on Thursdays.
Children do not have to be in the car if the adult in the car is the parent or guardian.
If the adult in the car is not the parent or guardian, the child will need to be in the car in order to receive a meal. We will be verifying the child’s name and age, and you will receive a placard to hang each time you come. If a child is not in the district, you can bring the child or proof of child’s enrollment. No duplicate meals are allowed. If a child is at summer academy or doing summer workouts, they will receive a meal there.

We are hosting a Family Engagement Policy Review Meeting this week, with 2 different meeting times to review our policy and receive feedback on how we can improve for the 24-25 school year. Please refer to the flyer for additional information.

Parents, Due to the grass area being very muddy, we will be opening the gate to allow parents to park on the driveway that flows behind the building. Please be aware of how you park so that we don't block anyone in. Can't wait for an awesome 2nd grade field day!

Just a friendly reminder that 2nd grade field day is tomorrow at WES. Concession stand will be open and accepts cash and Venmo. Please be cautious where you park. The ground is still wet and muddy. We hope to see all our 2nd grade parents there!

3rd grade field day for Wylie Elementary School has been rescheduled to next Friday, May 10 at Lions Stadium due to weather conditions. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility on this situation. We want our students to be safe and enjoy their field day activities and feel this decision will ensure that.

This Friday, May 3, is 3rd grade field day at Lions Stadium. All parents are invited to this event, but must remain in the bleachers to watch the activities. If you wish to check out your student, you must come to campus and sign them out of the front office.
